Exchange & Return Policies – Merchandise
IF A GAME IS OFFICIALLY POSTPONED:
Original game tickets will be accepted for the rescheduled game; there is no further action required if you plan to attend. Patrons that are unable or unwilling to attend the rescheduled game may contact Andrew@railyarddawgs.com or Will@railyarddawgs.com to receive tickets to another regular season game of the same season. Exchange requests must be completed 24 hours before the game you plan to attend. Please have your nine-digit order number ready when exchanging. Unused tickets and vouchers do not roll over into postseason or future season’s games. Sorry, no refunds. Please direct questions to 540-266-7343 or to the aforementioned email addresses.
