Team merchandise will temporarily be available online only. We will be offering curbside pick up for orders every weekday from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at our Lancerlot Sports Complex offices. 2020-2021 CREDIT & REFUND POLICIES

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
We are giving full and half season ticket holders three options concerning their account balances. Please visit our website under MORE > COVID-19 or use this form to submit your request by October 31, 2020. For any account that does not submit a request by that date, we will automatically credit your balance towards your 2021-2022 season tickets. A Rail Yard Dawgs staff member will follow up with you once your request is received to confirm your account balance and your decision. Once you have confirmed your request, it may not be changed at a later time.
- CREDIT TO 2021-2022 SEASON TICKETS: With this option, your entire balance will be credited towards your 2021-2022 season tickets. This amount will include any credits from 2019-2020 and all payments made towards your 2020-2021 season tickets. By selecting this option, your season tickets will automatically be renewed for the 2021-2022 season. New seating requests will open in January 2021 (Exact date to be determined).
- CREDIT TO MERCHANDISE & MORE: With this option, your balance will be credited towards future purchases of merchandise, specialty jerseys, group tickets, or specialty ticket packages sold through the Rail Yard Dawgs office. This amount will include any credits from 2019-2020 and all payments made towards your 2020-2021 season tickets. Credit may not be used towards any Berglund Center purchases including, but not limited to, single game tickets, single game parking passes, or concessions. By selecting this option, your seats may not be reserved for the 2021-2022 season. Your account must have a minimum of $100 remaining to serve as a non-refundable reservation deposit.
- REFUND: With this option, the Rail Yard Dawgs will mail you a refund check for the amount you have paid towards your 2020-2021 season tickets. This check will not include credit 2019-2020; this amount must remain as a credit. By selecting this option, your seats and parking pass may not be reserved for the 2021-2022 season. Your account must have a minimum of $100 remaining to serve as your non-refundable seat and parking pass reservation deposit.
- We are happy to accommodate any combination of these three options. You will need to work directly with a RYD staff member on specifications for each.
CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS – SPONSORSHIPS, ADVERTISING, AND TRADE
Each corporate partner and sponsor will be contacted directly to discuss the specifics of their partnership or you may complete this form beforehand. Some partners may have the option to continue specific elements, such as social media and contests, under an updated mutually agreed upon contract. Any payments made towards the 2020-2021 season will be fully refundable via check. Credit amounts from 2019-2020 are not available for refunds, but may however be credited to your 2021-2022 partnership contract. Any COVID-19 discounts and/or prorated amounts agreed upon for the 2020-2021 season will not apply to the 2021-2022 season.
OTHER CREDIT REQUESTS FROM 2019-2020
If you requested credit or ticket vouchers following the 2019-2020 cancellations, this amount will be pushed to the 2021-2022 season. Credit from 2019-2020 must remain as credits in our system and will not be available for refunds. Vouchers will be issued at a later date as we get closer to the 2021-2022 season.
