COLIN MURRAY RETURNED FROM ECHL GREENVILLE

Taylor Bourne placed on Waivers

ROANOKE, VA – The Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs have announced that forward Colin Murray has been returned from loan to the ECHL’s Greenville Swamp Rabbits and forward Taylor Bourne has been placed on waivers. Murray will be active for Friday night’s game against the Mississippi RiverKings.

Murray returns to the Rail Yard Dawgs after playing six games for the Swamp Rabbits. He did not record a point in his time in Greenville. Murray previously played in ten games for the Elmira Jackals before joining the Rail Yard Dawgs and scored two goals. Over five games with Roanoke he has totaled one assist. An ECHL veteran, Murray has played 119 games with six different teams in the ECHL and his stint with Roanoke is his first in the SPHL.

Bourne spent five games with the Rail Yard Dawgs and did not record a point.

Roanoke will host Mississippi for the second of back-to-back games on Friday night at the Berglund Center. Puck drop for Super Hero Night is scheduled for 7:05 PM.
