The Rail Yard Dawgs have updated their return and exchange policies for merchandise transactions. This policy is effective immediately and will apply to all orders, unless otherwise stated.
- Full price merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date on receipt.
- Sale and discounted merchandise may be exchanged for other items within 30 days from date on receipt.
- Clearance, auction, and customized items are FINAL SALE.
- Receipt confirmation number required for all transactions.
- New, unworn, and unused items will be accepted.
- Gift cards and credits are not available for cash refunds.
