TIM BOYLE ACTIVATED OFF INJURED RESERVE

Defenseman will be active for Friday’s game

ROANOKE, VA – The Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs have announced that defenseman Tim Boyle has been activated off injured reserve. He will be active for Friday night’s game against the Fayetteville FireAntz.

Boyle returns after missing the past six games on IR. He has played in eight games for Roanoke and has two goals and four assists. Boyle has also spent time in the ECHL this year, having played eight games with Norfolk and one with the Greenville Swamp Rabbits. The blueliner scored the first goal in Rail Yard Dawgs franchise history on October 22 against the Knoxville Ice Bears.

Roanoke returns to action with a pair of home games this weekend. The Dawgs will host the Fayetteville FireAntz on Friday at 7:05 PM before entertaining the Huntsville Havoc on Saturday at 7:05 PM at the Berglund Center.
