COLIN MURRAY LOANED TO ECHL GREENVILLE
Forward joins his sixth ECHL organization
ROANOKE, VA – The Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs have announced that forward Colin Murray has been loaned to the ECHL’s Greenville Swamp Rabbits.
Murray was signed by Rail Yard Dawgs on December 11, after beginning the season in the ECHL with the Elmira Jackals. He has totaled one assist in five games with Roanoke. Before joining the Rail Yard Dawgs, Murray scored two goals in ten games with Elmira and was released on November 24. He has played in 113 career ECHL games over parts of three seasons and the Swamp Rabbits represent his sixth ECHL organization.
The Rail Yard Dawgs return to action on Friday at the Berglund Center for the first of a back-to-back set against the Macon Mayhem. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:05 PM.
