What is Account Manager?
Account Manager serves as an online ticket management system for Rail Yard Dawgs season ticket holders, sponsors and package holders.
Can I exchange tickets in Account Manager?
Account manager must be used to exchange future games for future games. Currently, Account Manager does not allow fans to exchange unused tickets from past events; in this scenario, please contact your account representative for assistance at least 24 hours prior to the game. Exchanges after this cutoff are not permitted.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else using Account Manager?
Yes – You may transfer tickets to anyone via email at any time. The recipient will be required to create a free Account Manager account if they do not already have one. All tickets whether they are a part of a package or not can be transferred. Undated vouchers and Free Friend Friday tickets are not permitted to be transferred. However, you may redeem these vouchers in your account for a specific game and then transfer them to someone else.
How do I exchange my vouchers online?
Ticket vouchers have been pre-loaded into your Account Manager account. Vouchers from the old system will not be accepted at the box office or online. When you are ready to redeem a voucher for a certain game, you will select the available voucher then select the game of interest. Once the game is selected, you will then be prompted to select seats that are available in the specified sections. Please note that ALL vouchers will say “general admission,” however, when you enter the redemption portal only seats for your applicable section will show as available.

What if I don’t want to use Account Manager?
Account Manager is not required at this time, however we encourage all fans to explore the functionality of the system for future use!
Can I use Account Manager if I have printed season tickets or a season ticket lanyard?
Yes – Full and half season ticket holders may manage their tickets using Account Manager. By transferring tickets using Account Manager, you will eliminate the need to see the front office or box office. Tickets being transferred in Account Manager are only available via SMS for the recipient. Once you transfer tickets using Account Manager, the printed tickets or lanyards will no longer work.
What if I don’t have an email or want to use digital tickets or vouchers?
While we would love to move all fans to this digital platform, we understand that all fans may not have access to email. If you do not have access to email, you will not have access to Account Manager. Please see your ticketing account representative for assistance or to have tickets/vouchers printed.
Can I still have printed vouchers? How do I redeem printed vouchers?
By default, all fans will have their remaining number of vouchers pre-loaded into Account Manager. If you would like to have vouchers printed please contact your account representative. Printed vouchers are only redeemable at the box office.
What if I don’t see a transfer or exchange button in Account Manager?
If the exchange or transfer buttons are not visible, you are not permitted to make changes to those tickets and/or vouchers.
